A little about me
I’m going to say welcome again, but this time to the wonderful world of you!
I support and nurture private practice owners, therapists and healthcare professionals by providing Virtual Operation Manager services.
Years ago, I worked on a spinal cord injuries ward as a rehabilitation assistant. I had my own small number of patients that I looked after and took to their physio and occupational therapy sessions. I adored working there because I got to see first-hand how much you guys give, your drive to make things better for people and how amazing you are when you do all you can to help someone get back to where they need to be in life.
My drive and joy is to support and nurture you to continue doing this awesome thing that you do. I understand that sometimes your clients and the people you help only see the professional they are dealing with and not the person within. But you are human, and you deserve to have carefree time with your family and friends. You need to have ‘you’ time, so you can switch off and relax. And you deserve to focus on your business and push it forward to success.
My background spans over 14 years of experience combining NHS, PA and office administration work. It means you are safe and supported when we work together. A great sense of humour - I don't do boring; it makes the hair on the back of my neck stand on end! 😒 And you'll be amazed what can come from joy and laughter!
